
The Internal Sales Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations and has the following tasks and responsibilities:
– Responsible for the daily communication in informing our customers about quotations, orders and delivery dates whereby prioritising and customer-oriented aspects are very important
– Providing administration and reporting support to the International Sales Manager
– Managing the dealer portal (web portal for dealers where they can place orders, read newsletters and find other relevant information)
– Managing and following up Optelec’s exhibition plan
– Managing the Order-Processing department (two part-timers)
– Responsible for Optelec’s RMA (Return Material Authorization) process
– Monitoring the ordering forecast and availability (in stock and capacity planning)
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Dutch, English and German. Customer-friendly, service-oriented and a commercial attitude. Good knowledge of Exact and MS-Office. Three years functional experience. The ability to work as part of an international team is essential.
