Installation and Training

Installation and training is available for all products supplied by Optelec in the UK, at a location within the UK convenient to the customer.  This is normally at a place of work, school, college or at home, where familiar surroundings provide a relaxed atmosphere.

Installation is an important part of the training process, and includes generating the correct interfaces between products, and creating procedures that are easy for the customer to follow.

Each training course is tailored to the trainee’s requirements.  Consultation prior to training is recommended, enabling the course to be geared at a pace to suit the trainee.  If required, training days can be spread over several months rather than consecutive days.   Training can be facilitated on an individual basis, up to six in a classroom environment, or thirty in a conference room.

On completion, to enable the client to maximise their newly acquired skills, a series of handouts are issued, for use as a reminder in their working environment.
