2. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives
3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary
4. One entry per household or organisation
5. The prize draw runs quarterly and a prize is awarded at the end of each 3-month consecutive period (January/February/March, April/May/June, July/August/September, October/November/December).  Each entry received by the close of business at the end of the quarterly period will be entered into the prize draw for the same prize draw period .  The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries and the judge's decision is final.
6. Optelec will never pass personal contact details to another organisation or third party.  By providing your details, you are agreeing to receive occasional contact from Optelec Limited.  If you do not wish to be contacted by Optelec, type the word 'unsubscribe' within the comments section of the form below.
7. Events may occur that render a prize draw or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Optelec Limited and may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion.  The entrant agrees that no liability shall be attached to Optelec Limited as a result thereof.
8. Optelec Limited reserves the right to withdraw or adjust the prize draw without notice.

10. If the winner has already purchased a Compact^mini, Optelec will refund the cost of purchase.
11. The prize draw is not open to employees, shareholders and distributors of Optelec Limited and it's competitors.
12. Optelec will ship each prize to any UK postal address
