Corporate Giving Procedure
Please submit the following on organization letterhead:
• A concise description, including purpose and objectives
• Amount of request
• Proof of nonprofit status under Internal Revenue Code
• List of Officers and Directors
• History of organization
• Recent Annual Report
Most contributions are determined quarterly by our corporate office. Documents must be postmarked by the following dates below:
To be eligible for 2nd Quarter Giving - March 31, 2010
To be eligible for 3rd Quarter Giving - June 30, 2010
To be eligible for 4th Quarter Giving - September 30, 2010
Contributions to a project or organization imply no further commitment unless specifically stated at the time of initial giving.
