You will submit the following on organization letterhead:
• A concise description, including purpose and objectives
• Amount of request
• Proof of nonprofit status under Internal Revenue Code
• List of Officers and Directors
• History of organization
• Recent Annual Report
Most contributions are determined by our corporate office. Contributions to a project or organization imply no further commitment unless specifically stated at the time of initial giving.
