The Mountbatten Learning System (MBLS) continues a tradition of braille learning tools that are appropriate for the needs of children in the twenty first century.
The Mountbatten Learning system adds to the many features of the well known Mountbatten Pro, and includes some unique braille music capabilities, that enable students to create, play back, record and emboss musical compositions using braille notation. There are also some exciting new tools that will assist students to develop organizational skills, such as a diary, settings for time and day, alarm, appointment setting and a stopwatch. Of great interest to teachers will be a new Nemeth mode that will make braille math easier and more accessible.
